General Guidelines
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the content.
Articles should be submitted in English only.

Manuscript Structure
Please ensure your manuscript includes the following sections:
Title Page
Title of the manuscript
Full names and affiliations of all authors
Corresponding author’s email and phone number
Abstract
- Maximum 250 words
- Structured into Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Include 3–6 keywords
Main Text
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
References
Use Vancouver or APA style (specify your journal preference)
Ensure all references are cited properly
Tables & Figures
Submit tables in editable format
Figures should be high resolution (300 DPI or more)
Label all tables and figures clearly
Formatting Guidelines
File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)
Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Page numbers: Bottom center
Plagiarism Policy
IJMHS has zero tolerance for plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Submissions with more than 15% similarity (excluding references and quotes) will be rejected.
⏱️ Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review.
Initial response within 7–10 working days.
Revisions (if any) must be submitted within the deadline mentioned by the editor.
