Ficus carica, commonly known as the fig tree, is a widely cultivated plant with various traditional medicinal uses. This study aimed to investigate the physicochemical properties and antioxidant activity of Morus alba & Ficus carica bark extract. The bark was collected, dried, and subjected to extraction using appropriate solvents. The resulting extract was characterized for its physicochemical properties, including color, odor, pH, solubility, and moisture content. Additionally, the antioxidant activity of the extract was evaluated using various in vitro assays, including DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging. The total phenolic and flavonoids content present in morus bark and ficus bark extract were found to be 51.30 ± 0.693, 49.25 ± 0.716, and, 20.62 ± 0.314 ,23.93 ± 0.368. extracts show good antioxidant activity.
